We are a tattoo and art collective established in 2019 in the heart of Liverpool.
Owned by Simona Noir, an experienced tattoo artist who in 5 years of career has already been featured twice in the magazine Tattoo Life.
Followed by the artists Anthony Clay, specialised in pop culture tattoos, and Fran Bailey, vegan and colourful tattoo artist.
And last but not least, Rose in Arts, tattoo apprentice in Noir Tattoo Collective.
